{Guilt-Free Sweet Treats}


I'm all about healthy treats that satisfy my sweet tooth, and these are definitely at the top of my list of favorites.  In addition to my Cookie Dough treat, here is another healthy snack alternative featuring Greek yogurt and honey.

These are so easy to make, and I'll bet you're going to love them as much as I do! :)




Ingredients:




  • Vanilla Greek Yogurt

  • Honey

  • Bananas



Slice your bananas, and dip them in yogurt/honey mixture.  Place banana slices on cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.  Stick in freezer until frozen.  Enjoy!!
