For the first time in awhile, my family and I have a free weekend with no set plans. Hooray for rest, relaxation, and lots of cuddles from my kiddos! Since we'll be taking it easy tomorrow, I think it's the perfect opportunity to serve up this simple Dutch pancake. I already know how much my husband loves it, and now my little Kate can indulge as well. It's such an easy, quick, and delicious recipe, and it looks beautiful on a plate...Perfect treat to serve your sweet families. :)
