{Healthy Chocolate Peanut Butter Bites}

Happy Monday, friends!!  I hope you all had a wonderful weekend and are enjoying this lovely start to Fall. We had an amazing weekend with my family, and now I'm spending this Monday getting geared up for a great week.

On our drive home yesterday, my husband and I decided that it was time to commit to cleaner eating habits and more concentration on health and exercise.  We're generally pretty healthy around here, but it never hurts to tighten things up a bit. :)  We grilled some chicken, turkey burgers, and fresh veggies for the week, and today I decided I'd whip up these healthy little snacks to satisfy our sweet tooth cravings.  I have always made these peanut butter bites, but I wanted to add a little something extra this time since I'm always in the mood for chocolate.

These are so easy…They took me about 5 minutes to make, and my little Reeves loved watching along. Enjoy!!

Ingredients:

1 cup rolled oats
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1/4 cup honey

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in large bowl, and mix well.  Form 1-inch balls and place on parchment-lined cookie sheet.  Freeze for an hour, remove from cookie sheet, place in ziploc bag or tupperware container, and store in the freezer.

xoxo,
Katherine
